Here we are, the completion of another epic Galactic Tale, set along time ago, in that galaxy, far, far away! What can I say, but woohoo!

The New Republic is under siege by Grand Admiral Thrawn, a tactical mastermind of the Chiss race, and one of Emperor Palpatine's greatest Grand Admirals. The New Republic is losing territory at an alarming rate, and the future is shaping up to be dire once more, under Imperial thumb again. Of course our heroes cannot let that happen, and do all in their power to avoid such an ending....

Luke Skywalker faces an evil from another source, one all too familiar to him, and receives assisstance from an unlikey ally, one which we (as well as Luke Skywalker) become quite familair with in the days to come...

This novel picks up immediately where Dark Force Rising leaves off, and I encourage all of you EU fans to read all three in order. It will take some dedicated reading, these are all fairly thick books, but it is well worth the effort.
