To install them as your buddy icon (this only applies to non-AOL members, I'm not really sure what AOL members have to do, sorry!), save the picture you want on to your computer. Go to the menu on your buddy list called "My AIM" and go to "Edit Options." Click "Edit Preferences" and go to the "Buddy Icon" tab. Make sure "*My Buddy Icon*" is selected and click the button that says "Browse PC" Find the buddy icon you want and click "OK" until you have exited your preferences. You should be set then.
