| HOW TO PLAY BLACKJACK
The game is actually played a little differently than how Kyle had explained it to Isabel. The object of the game is to get a number higher than the dealer, but lower than the number 21. To start, click the ·deal· button. Each card is worth its numbered value. The face cards are worth 10 points each. Each time the dealer gives you a card when you click ·hit·, you add that to the current card(s) you have until you reach a number close to 21 or 21 itself. If you click ·hit me· and you get a sum greater than 21, you "bust", or you lose. Click ·stand· if you feel your sum is the closest you can get and the dealer will reveal his final sum. If his sum is greater than yours, you lose. Each time you score a sum bigger than the dealer, you win. If you end up in a tie, you don't lose or gain anything. By default, you have $100 and each bet is worth 10. You can modify the bet to any amount of money. Everytime you lose, you lose the money you bet. Everytime you win, you earn the money that you bet. That's it! Simple as that. "Math" is really what it is. :) |
